| Q What are the check-in and check-out times? |
| A Check-in for the boat is 12:00-14:00 and for the house 15:00-18:00.
Check-out for the boat is 10:00-12:00 and for the house 09:00-11:00.
Both the boat and the house are serviced between check-in and check-out, so please make sure you keep within these time schedules. |

| The Boat & Sailing |
| Q What qualifications do we need to charter a bareboat sailing yacht? |
| A It is legally required that two crew members be capable of commanding the vessel and therefore an appropriate, recognized sailing certificate is obligatory. If not issued by an EU member state, the certificate should carry an official translation in Greek or English. Both the skipper and the co-skipper may also be required to submit a sailing resumé to enable us to assess their ability to sail safely. We reserve the right – despite any certificates provided – to insist that a skipper be hired, should the customer’s sailing skills be judged insufficient. |

| Q How does one go about hiring a skipper? |
| A If you need a skipper, we can provide you with a professional skipper for your cruise. There is a set daily fee of €140 for the skipper, regardless of the number of people on board. Your request should be placed on the booking date. |

| Q What if we would like to embark or disembark at a different place? |
| A This is only possible during Periods B and C and will incur an additional cost according to the distance of the alternate port from Preveza. Also, we will need to know of any such changes at the time of the booking in order to make the necessary arrangements. Please ask for a price quote. |

A The refundable security deposit

| Q What is the refundable security deposit? |
| A The deposit is held against the yacht’s insurance excess. Should there be no damage or loss, the deposit will be immediately refunded at the end of the charter. However, if there is any damage or loss, the deposit or an appropriate proportion thereof will be held. For skippered vessels, the deposit or part of it will be held only for damages made by the passengers. |

| Q Is the yacht insured? |
| A The yacht is covered by insurance according to Greek law. The insurance is valid in excess of the security deposit. |

| The House & Mountain Αctivities |
| Q How will we get to the house? |
| A Upon leaving the boat at Preveza marina we will give you detailed instructions – including a map – on how to drive to the village. You will also be given a GPS navigator which will take you straight to the village parking area which is very close to the house. There are plenty of road signs from Preveza to Koukouli to ensure you arrive there quickly and easily. |

| Q Do we need a car? |
| A It is highly recommended that you hire a car, since public transportation on the mountain is almost non-existent. Should you decide to rent a car, this can be arranged by us. |

| Q Are towels and bed linen provided? |
| A Yes, three sets of towels and bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and blankets) are provided. |

| Q What happens if we damage something during our stay? |
| A On departure, you should inform us and we will arrange for its repair or replacement. We will then send you the receipt for payment. |

| Q How important is our physical condition for the trekking activities? |
| A As long as you are reasonably fit, you will certainly find a trek suitable for you from our recommended list. We will be happy to advise you if you cannot decide. |

| Q Is a guide obligatory for our treks? |
| A Some of the recommended treks may be carried out without a guide, provided you take along the portable GPS. However, for certain difficult treks we insist you hire a guide. |

| Q How do we arrange for other activities (rafting, horse-riding, etc.)? |
| A There are numerous approved companies active in the area. You can either choose one of the companies on your own and make direct contact through their website or by phone, or alternatively you may ask us to arrange it for you.
